These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the kbajee platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bet or wager.
Agreement Between You and kbajee
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kbajee ("kbajee", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kbajee website, mobile platform, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional offerings. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the kbajee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Player Eligibility and Account Registration

Account Security and Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbajee login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. kbajee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kbajee support immediately at [email protected]. kbajee recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. Any transaction made using valid login credentials will be treated as authorised by the account holder unless kbajee has been notified otherwise in advance of the transaction.

Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ā§ŗ500. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) support hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals for verified accounts are processed promptly. kbajee reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that are materially larger than the player's typical deposit and wagering pattern. Withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the original deposit method may require additional documentation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kbajee are subject to wagering requirements and additional bonus-specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Players must complete the applicable wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and will be used after real-money balances are exhausted unless stated otherwise. kbajee reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbajee platform: (a) providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification; (b) using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any part of the platform; (c) colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (d) exploiting software bugs or errors â any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected platform error must be reported and will be voided; (e) using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; (f) engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations; (g) using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. kbajee reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, without prior notice and with forfeiture of all balances.
kbajee is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its KYC obligations. You may be asked to provide: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). KYC documents must be clear, unaltered, and submitted in English or with an English translation. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete. kbajee may suspend an account pending KYC completion at any time.

Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the kbajee platform â including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software â is the intellectual property of kbajee or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the kbajee platform without prior written consent.
Game content supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to kbajee for delivery on the platform. Any scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access to game software or APIs is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. kbajee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date on this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
